This is us.
We met whilst both studying for a degree in Outdoor Studies in the Lake District (UK). This points to the fact that the outdoors and an adventurous lifestyle are key aspects in both our lives and an important shared passion.
As a couple we consider ourselves a team; we both bring a range of individual attributes into the mix and (most of the time) this works well.
Travel is also big part of both our lives too. Each of us being somewhat nomadic and constantly fascinated by different cultures, this trip is definitely a progression for both of us on our, now converged, paths.
Cycling has become a big part of both our lives.
For Pete it’s been a life’s passion, living and working within the cycling industry for a number of years in bike shops and as a mountain bike guide.
For Alice it got a solar powered kick start whilst we both worked at Joyriders cycling holidays out in Andalucia, Spain.
The combination of riding bikes and travel, for us, holds the ultimate appeal.
